Phoenix Electric can design and manufacture an unlimited variety of Internal Brush Ring Assemblies® including brush cards, rocker arm assemblies and brush plates in a wide variety of designs using UL, CSA, ETL & CE recognized and approved materials.
Phoenix Electric Internal Brush Ring Assemblies® utilize extruded brass brush guides, extruded aluminum brush guides or stampings or can be all plastic.
Our brass and aluminum brush guides are broached and deburred to the most exacting tolerances in the industry and can be plated or anodized in a variety of materials.
Phoenix Electric Internal Brush Ring Assemblies® are available in 2-Pole or 4-Pole designs.
Phoenix Electric Internal Brush Ring Assemblies® utilize a variety of types of springs including constant force, torsion, clock, leaf and negator springs.
Phoenix Electric Internal Brush Ring Assemblies® are fully assembled complete with molded plastic or stamped phenolic rings or cards, brass or aluminum brush guides, springs, lead attachments and copper connectors.
